54) METHOD OF PREPARING LARGE-SIZED BAGS FOR LOADING AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE METHOD
The invention relates to the technique of packing various materials into large-sized bags, relates to the method of preparing them for loading and the device for carrying out this method and can be used in the food, chemical and other industries. A known method of preparing large-sized bags for loading involves placing the bag on the table in a flat-folded state, grabbing the bag by the neck from the sides and opening the bag's neck. A device for carrying out this method is also known, comprising rotatable grips, a table and suction cups for opening the neck bag l. However, by a known method for the productivity of the packaging process is not high enough. The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the packaging process. The goal is achieved in the proposed method of preparing large-sized bags for loading the base of the bag on one side is placed at least once on itself, half of the base of the bag is shifted relative to the center line of the base in one direction on its adjacent wall and then placed once oneself, and the walls of the bag are placed in a zigzag manner under the folded halves of the base of the bag, and the opening of the neck of the bag is carried out in the form of a wedge. In the device for carrying out the proposed method, the grippers consist of two wedges and clamping pads fixed at the ends of the rotary levers jointly installed with the possibility of movement into the bag mouth, while the distance between the wedges corresponds to a value larger than the diameter of the loading hopper. In addition, the table on the front end has grooves for the grippers. At the same time, some vacuum suckers are installed on the table, while others are above them on the pivoting levers. In addition, the device is equipped with lift-down clips for the bag, and the table has stops for aligning the bags and photo cells for detecting the incorrect position of the bags. FIG. 1 schematically shows an apparatus for carrying out the method of preparing large-sized bags for loading with grippers and large-sized bags located in the ready position on the table, side view; Fig. 2 is a view of a large bag placed in a flat-folded state on a table; in fig. 3 - large-sized bag with a pre-open neck, front view; in fig. 4 - table, side view; in fig. 5 is a view along arrow A in FIG. 4; on figb - view along arrow B in figure 4; in fig. 7 is a view along stream B of FIG. 6; in fig. 8 - loading hopper with gripping block (dotted line), side view. A device for carrying out the process of preparing large-sized bags for loading comprises table 1, vacuum suction cups 2 for opening the neck 3 of bag 4, and swiveling grippers. Vacuum suckers 2 (Fig.4.5) are installed on the surface of table 1, and other vacuum suckers 5, which interact with vacuum suckers 2, are movably mounted on top of the table, while vacuum suckers are connected via distribution lines to the suction source air (not shown). Suction cups 5 are fixed in tetrahedral pipes 6, flanged on levers 7, fixed on shafts 8, installed with the possibility of free rotation in supports 9. Levers 10 are also rigidly connected to shafts 8; one end of the lever 12, the other end of which is fixed on the shaft 13, installed with the possibility of free rotation in the supports 9. With the help of the shaft 13, the synchronous movement of the levers 10 and 1 is carried out With the shaft 13 is fixedly connected the lever 14, the free end of which is hinged by a piston power unit rod x cylinders 15, the casing of which is hinged, is associated with a plate 16 mounted on one of the supports. The power cylinder 15 serves to retract the vacuum suction cups 5 to position 17 (the dotted line in Fig. 4), in which they are mounted on the top wall of the bag 4 The supports 9 are connected with each other, axes 18 and 19, on which levers 20, 2 and 22, 23 are mounted with free rotation, the other ends of which are fixed on the shafts 24, 25 installed in the frame. A lever 26 is also rigidly connected to the shaft 24, the free end of which is pivotally fixed in the stem of the synovog 27, the housing of which is connected to the bed. The power cylinder 27 serves to lift up the suction cups 5 to position 28. With the supports 9, lifting and lowering latches 29 are rigidly connected to hold the large bag 4 on the table 1 under the influence of the power cylinder 27. The table 1 has two notches at the front end .30 for placing the grippers with the envelope of the neck 3 of the bag, opened with vacuum suction cups 2 and 5. Table 1 has stops 31 located at the left edge of the table. Near the stops 31, photocells 32 are located on the table for detecting the incorrect position of the bags. Photocells 32 are connected to an electrical circuit with which an indicator light (not shown) can be activated, indicating that the bag is in the wrong position. The grippers consist of two wedges 33 fixed at an acute angle on the lever 34, and clamping pads 35 and 36. The pads 35 and 36 are made in the form of double-arm levers, on the free arms of which the power cylinder 37 is pivotally fixed, which serves to reciprocate movement of the pads 35 and J6 in relation to the wedge 33 grippers. The lever 34 is connected to a shaft 39 freely rotating in the frame 38, on which a lever 40 is pivotally attached to the power cylinder 41 by means of a screw connection. The body of the power cylinder 41 is rotatably connected to the frame 38, while it serves to move the lever 34 in position 42-44 (dash-dotted lines in figure 1). The wedge 33 and the clamping pads 35 and 36 are jointly mounted to move into the neck 3 of the bag 4, wherein the distance between the wedges corresponds to a value greater than the diameter of the hopper 45. The method is carried out as follows. The bags 4 are placed on the table (Fig. 1) in a flat-folded state in the form of a foot for supplying the load (Fig. 8). The base of the bag is placed on one side at least once around the first edge 46 onto itself, half of the base 47 of the bag 4 is shifted relative to the center line 48 of the base 47 in one direction onto its adjacent wall and then laid around the second edge 49 on itself. The walls of the stack 4 are placed in a zigzag manner under the folded half of the base of the bag 4. The opening of the neck 3 of the bag 4 is carried out in the form of a wedge. The laid bag 4 is grabbed from the sides for
the neck 3, while the latter is pushed onto the holding guides 50 of the bunker 45, which passes between the grippers. The grips 51 holding the bag are pressed against the grippers, as a result of which only the clamping pads 35, 36 are opened and deflected to the position 44, as a result of which a wedge 33 extends out of the neck 3, after the opening of the hopper 45 to the position 52 of the gripping jaws 35 and 36 deviate down to position 42 and then the cycle repeats.

1.
